How To Burn

  • Always trim your wicks to 1/4" before lighting to prevent soot & crackling.
  • Burn your candle to the edges of the jar each time to prevent tunneling.
  • Keep candle on a flat surface away from windows, drafts and vents.
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended, especially near children or pets.

Processing times do not include transit times. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to arrive.

Return policy

Infinity Candle order cancellations must be placed within 24 hours of purchase. Returns and exchanges within 30 days. Candles that have already been lit will not be accepted for returns. Please keep all original packaging if you plan on making a return. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure returns arrive safely. Broken or damaged candles will not be eligible for a refund. If your order arrives to you damaged or cracked, please contact us with a photo and we will replace it within 14 days.
